Each individual item is hand-crafted, to order, and requires a non-refundable deposit of 30%; balance due upon completion.

FITTINGS:
     JaviO's jewelry is hand-crafted to fit each individual and personal measurements are taken for a perfect fit.
    JaviO will provide you with instructions so that you may properly take your measurements. If needed,  JaviO can mail you a measuring kit and instructions. Special arrangements may be made for a personal fitting.
 
JaviO items made using fine gems come with a free appraisal from a GIA certified gemologist.
All of JaviO's pieces are guaranteed free of workmanship defects for one year.
